The admission Process
The admission process will take place in several stages:
- Application submission: Interested candidates must submit their application by completing the online form before the deadline.
- Initial selection: Applications will be evaluated to select the most promising candidates.
- Individual interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an individual interview to discuss their skills and motivation.
- Pre-integration training: Successful candidates will take part in intensive training to prepare them for the induction program
Admission criteria Consultants in Entrepreneurship
We are looking for consultants who meet the following criteria:
- Hold a degree equivalent to at least a BAC +3 in one of the following fields: Rural Economics, Management, Development Economics, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Accounting, Marketing, Banking and Finance;
- At least 5 years’ professional experience in one of the above fields;
- Knowledge of practical experience in monitoring/coaching producer/entrepreneur organizations in income-generating activities;
- Be of good character, motivated, committed and willing to learn;
- Good knowledge of basic computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Admission criteria for Mentors / Specialist Coaches
We are looking for consultants who meet the following criteria:
- Hold a degree equivalent to at least BAC +2 or a qualification in one of the following fields: Digital Economy, Industry/Artisanat, Agriculture;
- Have a good command of the official languages (French and/or English)
- Be able to respond to the difficulties encountered by entrepreneurs
- Be of good character, motivated, committed and willing to learn
- Have a good command of basic computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
